Heres is the Guide to learn to Battle you have 3 Actions.
Other things like useing an item like Explosive Tags do not count towards your actions but you may only use 1 per turn.
A turn is your Character preforming 1-3 actions then your opponent doing 1-3 actions.
Battles are RP Style.
In Battle You subtract the amount of chakra it takes unless otherwise it says from your total.
Taijutsu you may only learn 1-2 styles depending meaning you can't be an Uchiha and know the Jûken Techniques.
Genjutsu have effect they cast on users.
Trap: Player can't move but may attack
Stun: Player can't make any move's
Sleep: Player can't make any move's

- Preforming Hand Signs to do a Jutsu(Useing a Nin or Genjutsu)
- Thowing a weapon.
- Summoning, Useing a Curse Seal, Chargeing your Chakra, and Useing Biju Power
