Learning Jutsu
To learn new Jutsu you must eathier buy a scroll for that technique and do a one to two paragraph RP showing that you learned the technique.
Another way to learn technichues is from your Sensei, in wich you will still have to do an RP but you have a better chance of learning the technique.
If I am not satisfied by the Role Play between the two(or more) characters I will not allow you to learn the Technique.
